WOW ~ It sure has been a long time since we have sent out our newsletter. With that said I would like to apologize to all our RoSal’s Friends & Fans ~ no excuse for not keeping up with our favorite diners!! With the new Social Network page on Facebook, I have been trying to get our Facebook Fan Page & Group Page up and running so that I can communicate with you a little faster. If you are a FB person please join our FAN page ~ Why I need a Group Page & Fan page is still a little confusing to me so eventually we will be choosing one to keep updated!
Our family at RoSal’s sure hopes that you and your family had a fantastic Holiday Season and are looking forward to a wonderful New Year filled with LOTS of Love, Health, Wealth & Happiness. We hope that we can be a part of your 2010!
We have a couple of events coming up...
We will be celebrating February with Heart Shaped Ravioli and some of Anival’s amazing food specials’ to wow your taste buds! Here is a peak at the new specials:
Chicken alla Veneto
Boneless chicken breasts sautéed with tomatoes, capers and roasted red peppers in lemon garlic sauce and topped with melted mozzarella - Served with a side of pasta marinara
Swordfish Picatta
Swordfish fillet with capers and pine nuts in lemon wine sauce - Served over linguine
Shrimp alla Molise
Gulf shrimp sautéed with asparagus, mushrooms and artichokes in garlic & oil - Served over angel hair
Pork Chop alla Fiama
Grilled pork chops served in a lemon garlic wine sauce with mushrooms, broccoli and artichokes
Served with a side of pasta marinara
Veal Chop alla Caviale
1-14oz veal chop topped with roasted red peppers, peas and Rosal’s potatoes and served in a rich cognac cream sauce - Served with a side of pasta marinara
Cavatelli alla Parma
Cavatelli pasta tossed with ricotta cheese, asparagus and kalamata olives, served in a light tomato basil sauce and topped with grilled chicken
Orange Roughy alla Contadina
Sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes in a lemon cream sauce -Served over angel hair
By popular demand ~ We will be OPEN ON VALENTINE’S DAY (Sunday) ~ Please make your reservations ASAP because we are rapidly booking up. We are also accepting reservations for the Friday 12th , Saturday 13th ,as well as, Sunday 14th. Call now, since we know you would like to surprise your honey with a memorable meal at RoSal’s!
We have scheduled our most popular BIG NIGHT DINNER for February 23rd. This dinner consists of a fabulous 12 course meal including appetizer, entrée’s, desserts & wine all for $69 per person. You should watch the movie first so that your whole experience is top notch!
* Note ~ we must have a min. of 15 confirmed guests to hold the dinner, our team will confirm your reservation the Friday before*
