25 Years on Taylor Street!
We are celebrating our 25th anniversary with a month of Sicilian-inspired classics. Starting with a kick-off “Guest Appreciation Night”, the festivities and giveaways will continue throughout the month of May.

It’s sounds like a cliche but at RoSal’s our guest truly do become a part of our family; our staff (many who have been with us since we opened our doors) our guests and the neighborhood my parents grew up in continues to support and motivate us. Meet Chef Anival
Chef Anival came to work at RoSal’s when he was 20 years old. Roseanne quickly realized that he had the gift of palate and although he was hired to be a bus boy, Rose put him in the kitchen and shared with him her love of cooking and creating.
Anival was a quick learner and so very talented; everything Sol & Ro taught him, he created and added his own twist. He became the face of the kitchen, and at 45 years old we are proud to say he is more than a Chef to the family and guests of RoSal’s; he is part of their family.
Anivals two favorite dishes are; Shrimp Anival and Veal Caprese
