In the Spring, I have
counted 136 different kinds of weather inside of 24 hours.
--Mark Twain
Obviously Mr. Twain visited Chicago!
In Italy, St. Joseph was declared a patron of the church on
March 19, 1870 bringing a celebration of father’s. When the
Feast of San Giuseppe comes it is with the promise of plenty,
the time when crops are being harvested and spring is bringing
new growth. Our family welcomes you to taste Anival’s March
specialties:
Orange Roughy Italiano
Mushrooms, tomato & spinach over Linguine Alio
Shrimp Ravioli
Topped with a tomato artichoke shrimp sauce
Swordfish Vesuvio
Served with Potatoes and Peas

March Madness

It is Really Happening ?
Good afternoon to our friends and family. I would
like for you to know that Rosal's is finally fulfilling
our dream of expansion! It is now a reality, one that we have
been longing for, for a really long time. When Cyndi & I took
over the reins of RoSal’s 8 years ago we could not have
imagined becoming so involved with our guests, our team of
amazing servers and chef’s, including the whole community. What
started as a stepping stone to other adventures now has become
the staple of our lives. We treasure each and every guests, new
and old, that have become part of OUR STORY.
I want to personally assure you that the same home-cooked
delicious food will not change, it will only get better! The
very best team of servers will be right by our side and they are
looking forward to having the tools needed to make your dining
an experience! The same cozy, warm feeling of the dining room
will be there to greet you when the doors open!
You have my commitment that the expansion will only serve to
make your dining experience at RoSal’s as wonderful as it has
always been, becoming so much better. We could not and would
not be fulfilling this dream without your support and we
appreciate it very much!
Have a wonderful Springtime in Chicago, and come see me sometime
soon!
Joe Fulco
PS: My dad Sol is doing so much better and looking forward to
seeing all of you again!
